The only way to make exercise a non-negotiable in your life is to do it most days. When we make it a mountainous task, we are more likely not to get to it. I realize that you may already have a fitness program in place that you are very diligent about doing. If this is you: Wonderful. However, be sure you are still exercising at least five days in a row. Once again, this creates consistency. Think of exercise like you do brushing your teeth. There is no way you would say I can’t seem to find the time …If you will find something to do that involves constant movement and getting your heart-rate up, you will be more likely to get it done. I believe it’s important to do cardiovascular exercise five days in a row, 30 minutes.

You must recognize it and push past the temptation to justify missing your work-out. While intensity is important, consistency is key. Here is a list of some suggested forms of cardio.
